  Lovely service, the lady in the office is a sweetheart. We checked in last minute rather late and the office was still open (where other places in the area were not) they are friendly and we're more than happy to help us. The cabin was clean and smelt fresh, comfortable and affordable and very cute. The cabin had a fantastic aircon which I was grateful for in the heat, best sleep I'd had in a while. A peaceful, clean place to stay, lovely well maintained grounds and walking distance to the beach. I would very much recommend it and look forward to staying there again.

  Affordable palmtree laden cabins and motorhome sites on the doorstep to everything you will require from a memorable holiday or longer stay beach cafe restaurant Australia fair harbour town shopping precincts.very quite and safe bus stops right out the front for sea world a simple 10min bus ride I highly recommend you make this you're base for everything.

  Nice for a quick or long get away close to the Australian fair shopping center, harbortown shopping center, Sea World and beaches. But if the budget allows ask about their fully furnished apartments at a few bucks more and really relax in comfort.

  I can't confirm what most reviews here have started. The campground is pretty good. It's not the newest, and could maybe do with some renovation, but it was clean, and the staff was nice. We stayed on a powered site, so I can't speak for the cabins. Neither did we use the pool, so I can't say much about that either. If you're just looking to stay there overnight after visiting one of the many theme park, you shouldn't be disappointed.

  Horrible. After specifically booking side by side powered camp sites in June for a group of 5 sleeping in swags only & with two boats for a fishing trip we turned up for our 4 night stay in late September to be told they placed someone else in one of our sites. Instead of apologizing or trying to offer alternative solutions we were told, and I quote "it's not our problem, I'll give you a full refund & you can stay somewhere else if you like" (knowing full well that couldn't happen as it was the middle of school holidays). We had no choice but to take the 2 powered sites left one of which was under a mango tree that badly soiled both boats each night with fallen sap & debre. The toilets & showers were filthy, we found drug paraphernalia laying by a bin, dirty BBQ facilities & to top it all off after sitting having beers around our site one night we were told it is too late to be up making noise at 9pm despite our neighbors on both sides enjoying a beer also & to go to sleep or leave immediately. Absolute disgrace of a park. I will never stay again & be telling everyone I know to steer well clear.
